Each programme is carefully tailored to your needs and individual requirements. This bespoke,  non–judgemental space allows for focusing on what matters to you the most, and helps you to understand yourself better.

The number of sessions are agreed to based on the individual’s needs.

Coaching sessions are typically one hour at a time. Support is provided between sessions by email or phone.
